Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Wednesday that President Vladimir Putin's proposal to convene a Middle East summit to resolve the crisis in the region was still open.
Lavrov also said that Russia supported the establishment of an international tribunal into the murder of former Lebanese prime minister Rafik Hariri and that it was prepared to help set up such a tribunal.
