Lebanon's political leaders resume all-party talks

Lebanon's political leaders resumed round-table talks Tuesday on the demand by Hizbullah for a greater say in the coalition government, failing which it has threatened to stage mass protests.
Newspapers reported Tuesday that while the leaders had issued positive statements after their Monday meeting, their first in nearly five months, they remained as far apart as ever on the main issues.
