Nasrallah television address expected shortly

Hizbullah leader Hassan Nasrallah would soon address Lebanon and the world in a broadcast on militant group's Al-Manar television, the station said Wednesday. It would be the Shi'ite cleric's first his first public remarks since the United States and France unveiled a draft cease-fire resolution at the United Nations on Sunday. He last issued public remarks on Thursday, when he offered to stop firing rockets into Israel if it ended air attacks on Lebanon. He coupled the offer with a threat to fire rockets into Tel Aviv if the Israelis attacked Beirut proper.
