A heated argument began in the Palestinian parliament in Ramallah on Tuesday morning between Hamas members and outgoing Palestinian Legislative Council Sec.-Gen. Ibrahim Hreishe.
Hamas PLC members prevented Hreishe from entering the parliament building, claiming his appointment had expired following the swearing in of a new parliament on Saturday, Israel Radio reported.
