Senior figures in the Iraqi government are involved in terrorist activity, Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki was quoted as telling US President George Bush by a senior government official in Baghdad on Wednesday night.
Israel Radio reported that Bush and al-Maliki discussed ways of restoring security to Baghdad and the Anbar province during a recent telephone conversation.
