The two Iranian diplomats arrested last week in Iraq by US troops have been released, Iranian television reported on Friday.
The diplomats were apprehended on suspicion that they transferred arms to Iraqi rebels.
Iraqi officials expressed their grievances over the arrests, and maintained that the Iranians had arrived in effort to bolster relations between Iraq and Iran.
