Hundreds of soldiers, kollel students and volunteers at the office of the Yad Yehudit NGO in Netivot yesterday begin preparing and distributing some 10,000 Pessah food baskets for people in need, under the leadership of Rabbi Ya’acov Yisrael Ifargan (center), aka ‘the X-Ray’ rabbi.
