If there’s one thing we’ve learned from social media, it’s how to create delicious snacks that can go viral instantly while still fitting into a healthy lifestyle. That’s exactly the story behind the “supermodel snack” by Bethenny Frankel, which has even earned the seal of approval from Hailey Bieber.

Frankel, a 54-year-old American reality TV star who recently surprised fans by walking the Sports Illustrated swimsuit runway, shared what she eats to “feel good in small clothes.” The result: A series of easy-to-make, protein-rich recipes that can be replicated at home and which she calls “supermodel food.”

Joining in on the trend, model Hailey Bieber recently shared her own version of the “supermodel snack” on Instagram Stories—tomato, avocado, and cheese—captioned simply: (YTKV) You Know The Vibe.

But if you don’t quite “know the vibe,” here are the three supermodel snacks by Bethenny that have gone viral online:

1. The Original Supermodel Snack

Tomato + turkey breast pastrami + cottage cheese + Dijon mustard + everything bagel seasoning

The first snack in the series is simple, fresh, and surprisingly tasty.

Frankel emphasizes the importance of using a ripe, high-quality tomato (preferably not stored in the fridge!), and then layering the ingredients as follows:

  • A thick slice of tomato
  • Thin-sliced turkey breast pastrami
  • A spoonful of cottage cheese
  • A touch of Dijon mustard
  • A sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning (or a homemade mix of sesame seeds, dried garlic and onion, poppy seeds, and a pinch of salt)
  • Optional upgrade: Add fresh basil or arugula leaves
  • Top with another tomato slice — and you’ve got yourself a refreshing, healthy, and photogenic “tomato sandwich”

Corn tostada + avocado + thin-sliced turkey pastrami + salsa or taco seasoning

“This is for the model who won’t get out of bed unless she’s paid millions to do so,” jokes Frankel.

Here’s how she makes the tostada

Note: A tostada is a flat, crispy corn base similar to a grilled or fried tortilla. It’s not common in Israel, but you can easily DIY it: Just toast a regular tortilla in the oven (or in a dry pan) until it becomes firm and crunchy.

How to make it:

  • Toast a corn tostada (or DIY one from a tortilla)
  • Spread guacamole or mashed avocado
  • Add thin-sliced turkey pastrami
  • Top with a spoonful of salsa or chili seasoning

The result: A crunchy, spicy bite ready in under a minute—with no stove required.

Toasted bagel + Greek yogurt with mustard and spices + turkey bacon (or crispy pastrami) + thin-sliced turkey pastrami + vegetables

This is the grown-up version of the sandwich—more layers, but still totally “something you can make in pajamas.”

Turkey bacon is ultra-thin, processed smoked turkey meat that’s roasted until crispy—a popular American substitute for pork bacon. It’s hard to find as a ready-made product in Israel, but you can easily replace it with turkey pastrami toasted in a pan or sandwich press.

How to make it:

  • Slice a bagel thin and toast it
  • Mix Greek yogurt with Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, everything bagel seasoning, and chili flakes
  • Spread the mixture on both sides of the bagel
  • Add crispy toasted pastrami (as a turkey bacon substitute) + thin-sliced turkey pastrami
  • Top with: Tomato, lettuce, and pickles (she also adds a spicy relish spread)

Close it, slice it in half—and you’ve got a rich, protein-packed, supermodel-worthy bagel with a satisfying crunch.

In a video she posted after her runway appearance, Frankel emphasized that she doesn’t believe in extreme dieting or strict workout routines: “I don’t starve myself, I don’t push myself hard at the gym, and I don’t yell at my body. It’s just about having a healthy relationship with food.” According to her, while her body is natural, her photos are enhanced with makeup, contouring, and good lighting at the key moment. And how does she approach food? “I don’t freak out when I eat something unplanned. I just get back to balance without guilt.”

In the meantime, she keeps sharing more and more “supermodel recipes”—and the list is already close to 30.
