L’Oréal Israel is establishing a care and beauty center in collaboration with the Loewenstein Rehabilitation Hospital of the Clalit Group in Ra’anana.

The establishment of the salon is part of the "Beauty for Better Life" program of the global L’Oréal conglomerate. The goal of the center is to provide care, beauty and hair treatments to those hospitalized at Loewenstein, on a full and free basis, by expert beauticians.

The establishment of the Loewenstein center is part of a global program of the L’Oréal conglomerate, which harnesses its knowledge and professionalism in the field of beauty, in favor of a positive social impact. In Israel, this is the third care center established by L’Oréal Israel, after the opening of the care center at the Ohel Sara Rehabilitation Center in Bnei Brak for those with special needs, and another center opened at the Oncology Recreation Center at Sheba Hospital in Tel Hashomer.

The center, intended for women recovering in Loewenstein, will provide aesthetic treatments such as facial treatments, nail care, and more. This is in addition to the hairdressing services that also exist, which are also offered to patients at the medical center. Patients will enjoy moments of calm, quiet and the uplifting of body and mind. All activities at the care center, including the design of the space, equipment and care products, are fully donated by L’Oréal Israel and will be done by volunteer beauticians.

According to Eli Sagiv, CEO of L’Oréal Israel: "We are happy to voluntarily bring our knowledge, tools, products and people for the benefit of those recovering at Loewenstein. We believe that when the mind is encouraged, the body gains new strength to deal with difficulties. The care and beauty center is designed to give the patients a place to relax from the rehabilitation processes they are going through and enjoy effective and relaxing care and beauty treatments."

According to Dr. Hagai Amir, director of Loewenstein: "We are very pleased with L’Oréal Israel's choice of our center and our patients.”

The L’Oréal Israel Care and Beauty Centers Project is part of the company’s Sustainability and Activities Program for the Community and joins other projects such as the L’Oréal Foundation for Women, which supports 10 organizations in Israel that help women with disabilities, women who are excluded from the labor market, women survivors, female founders of small businesses and more.
