Israel's men's athletics team finished the European Cup second league competition in fourth position on Sunday night in Zenica, Bosnia.
Israel's European champion Alex Averbukh won the pole vault competition on Sunday, clearing 5.50 meters.
Vadim Babikin came second in the javelin contest (68.37m), with Itai Magidi coming in third place in the 3000m steeplechase.
On Saturday, Asaf Malka finished second in the 100m sprint (10.59 seconds) and Niki Palli came in third position in the high jump, clearing 2.14m.
Israel's women's team finished the competition in fifth place, with Sivan Jan finishing second in both her events. Jan finished second in the shot pot on Sunday (15.78m) and was runner-up in the discus throw (50.92m) on Saturday as well. Irina Lansky finished the 100m steeplechase in second position, completing the distance in a time of 13.65 seconds.
