Arkady Gaydamak announced on Tuesday that he was withdrawing his financial support for the Hapoel Jerusalem basketball team with immediate effect.
The Russian-born billionaire, who currently owns the Betar Jerusalem soccer team, made the announcement just a few hours before Hapoel was due to play Dynamo Moscow in the ULEB cup semi-final.
