Local Soccer: Netanya to visit Maccabi TA in Cup

"We learned from our loss to Ra'anana in the Toto Cup thatthere is no such thing as easy draws," Haifa captain Yaniv Katan said,referring to last week's semifinal defeat.

Also Tuesday, the resultsof the Israel Football Association board elections held on Monday wereannounced. The Maccabi/Hapoel list received 25 mandates with theBetar/Shimshon list getting a surprise four seats.

The new board will gather for its first meeting on Thursday andis expected to elect Avi Luzon for a second term as IFA chairman.
