The new caucuses were set up in Honduras, Central Africa Republic, South Sudan and Cameroon. Honduras agreed to set up the caucus on Tuesday evening.

The Central American country "regularly supports Israel in international forums" and "has recently made the decision to move its embassy to Jerusalem."
