UN peacekeeping chief in Lebanon says smooth transition is critical before pull-out

UNIFIL head Major General Diodato Abagnara said UNIFIL was already working with the UN’s country team to ensure humanitarian assistance in areas where the peacekeeping force will withdraw from.
