Bassam Hussein, a project management professor at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, made the comments during an April 21 lecture.

It was produced both as a four-part television series for Makan, Israel’s Arabic-language public television channel, and as a feature-length work for theatrical and festival release.

Under the current restrictions, Palestinian banks can only return physical currency through Bank Hapoalim and the Israel Discount Bank, with a cap of NIS 18 billion annually.
