“There is no political message, the Duke is not a political figure,” Quarrey told reporters at a briefing at his Ramat Gan residence where William, the Duke of Cambridge, will hold a reception.
William's visit is at the behest of the British government.
William is set to arrive Monday in Israel on a trip that is sure to be closely watched by the British and Israeli media.

Kensington Palace released an itinerary on Sunday for William’s trip to “Jordan, Israel and The Occupied Palestinian Territories.”
The palace said that the Prince William "considers it a great privilege" to be embarking on the trip, and "is looking forward to building an enduring relationship with the people of the region.
