Hamas, Iran helping Russia send migrants to Europe via tunnels, US military historian says - report

Dr. Lynette Nusbacher, an American military historian, told The Telegraph that she deemed it “plausible” that Iranian-backed groups, including Hezbollah, are behind the construction of the tunnels.
