In late February, a similar summit was held in the Jordanian port city of Aqaba, where the five parties agreed to convene again in Sharm El-Sheikh in March.
The voices in the world calling on Israel to halt the proposed judicial reform are not asking Israel to refrain from rectifying or adjusting the current balance of power.
The US typically blocks such moves, but it allowed the issue to move forward given its frustration with Israel over its authorization of 9 new settlements.
