Protesters argued the policy has instead slowed trade, creating congestion at Umm Qasr port and prompting some importers to consider routing goods through the Kurdistan region, where fees are lower. 

The executive order detailed that, on top of pre-existing import taxes, an additional tariff will be imposed on goods coming from “any country that directly or indirectly" trades with Iran.

The website is targeted at consumers looking to buy drugs without using insurance, meaning that most purchases would not count toward patients' insurance deductibles.
