Amidror: Arab Unrest places Israel near 'Volcano'

New Head of Israel's National Security Institute Calls for "Caution" in face of Arab Unrest.

The recent unrest spreading in the Arab world is akin to Israel living “near a volcano,” Maj.-Gen. (Res.) Yaakov Amidror, the newly appointed head of Israel's National Security Institute, recently told Inside Israel.
“We are living near a volcano, and we don't know when this volcano will erupt,” said Amidror.  “In any negotiation berween us and the Palestinians and others, we should insist on a very careful, cautious, strict security attangement.”
