1,000 police secure right-wing rally in Nazareth

Some 80 right-wing activists demonstrated in Nazareth on Sunday, waving Israeli flags and calling on the Arab community to be drafted into the IDF.
Police deployed around 1,000 officers to secure the area, and no unusual incidents occurred, police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said.
"There were slogans shouted and chants, but no physical friction because of the police presence," he added.
The activists included Knesset Member Michael Ben-Ari and far-right activists Itamar Ben-Gvir and Baruch Marzel.
