A 14-year-old boy from the West Bank settlement of Eli was struck and killed by a car on the road just outside of the settlement Saturday night. An initial investigation indicated that the boy ran across the highway and was struck by a Palestinian car traveling along the road. Magen David Adom paramedics dispatched to the scene attempted to resuscitate the boy, but were forced to declare him dead at the scene.
