Some 250 kilograms of dynamite and 50 kilograms of the plastic explosive C-4 were found near the Israeli border in the southern Lebanese town of Kfar Shouba on Saturday, Lebanon's National News Agency reported.

The NNA report said that the explosives were discovered by construction crews working on a road in the area, but another Lebanese television news station, MTV News, said that UNIFIL and the Lebanese army found the explosives, according to the report.
