A 95-year-old woman sustained light injures after being assaulted during a robbery of her home in Tel Aviv on Monday night.

The suspect presented himself as an electrician to gain access to the woman's home, police said, adding that the man then tied her to a chair before entering the property.

The woman was taken to the Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer Hospital for treatment.
