British police has confirmed early Monday morning that a collision outside a north London mosque in which a van rammed into a crowd of worshippers who existed the mosque was not being treated as a suspected terror attack. One person was detained earlier at night by police. One person died as a result of the suspected terror attack and at least ten people were injured.
