A car bomb detonated outside a restaurant in a small town in the Golan Heights Tuesday Night, though it is not terror-related, Israel Police reported Wednesday. No people were hurt as a result of the bomb, though damage was caused. The bomb had been attached to the underside of a vehicle belonging to a 30-year-old resident of the town. Police have begun a criminal investigation into the incident.
