Court releases Mt. Herzl lighting engineer to house arrest

The Jerusalem District Court on Thursday released to house arrest the engineer of a lighting rig that fell at Mount Herzl Wednesday, killing an IDF officer. His actual release, however, was delayed by one day in order to allow the police to appeal the decision.Police already released another suspect in the lighting rig collapse.
