Environment Ministry checking factory safety amid rockets

Environmental Protection Ministry teams are currently examining operations at about 15 factories close to population centers located within 40 kilometers of the Gaza Strip, the ministry said on Thursday.

Working according to a list of plants provided by the Home Front Command, the teams are checking to make sure that the quantities of hazardous materials at these sites are reduced, according to the ministry.
