PA negotiator Saeb Erekat accused Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu of trying to dictate the results of negotiations, on Monday.

In a press conference in Ramallah, Erekat said that the Palestinian Authority will not negotiate with Israel if the settlement freeze ends.

"There is a big difference between dictation and contact. The attempt to get results from talks before they even begin...is a strange way to negotiate," Erekat said.
