Explosion in Jerusalem injures one man

Jerusalem police are looking into an incident in which an explosion caused damage to a vehicle. The explosion is believed to have been caused by a malfunction in the vehicle.

One man, age 57, was injured and is in moderate condition. Paramedics evacuated the injured man to Hadassah University Medical Center, in Jerusalem’s Ein Kerem.

The event took place near the Dan Panorama hotel on Keren Hayesod Street in Jerusalem. 

Circumstances of the incident are reviewed by the police .
