Eyal Golan's father sentenced to two years on charges he exploited minors sexually

Dani Biton, the father of Israeli superstar singer Eyal Golan, was sentenced to two years in prison on Wednesday as part of a plea bargain on charges of exploiting his connection with Golan to press female minors into providing sexual favors to him and his associates.
Biton was convicted in March as part of the plea deal. The indictment painted a picture of Biton using the fact that certain women and underage girls wanted to get closer to Golan, as well as exploiting their socio-economic insecurities, to manipulate them into providing sexual services and eventually becoming prostitutes.
Biton was also convicted of paying the underage girls, giving them presents for the sexual services they provided, and obstruction of justice.
