Fire breaks out in south Tel Aviv building

A fire broke out Wednesday in a seven-story Tel Aviv building undergoing renovations on Hamasger Street.

According to Israel Police, there were no people trapped in the building as had been earlier reported and all people inside the building evacuated themselves safely.

Firefighters working on the scene extinguished the fire within a half hour.
