A Libyan organization is planning to funnel $50 million into the Gaza Strip, Reuters reported Thursday.

Quoting Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi's son, the report said that an agreement had been reached with Israel to allow for the transfer of funds and construction materials into the Strip. "We go the grapes, so why kill the vineyard guard?" Reuters quoted him as saying, citing a report from London-based paper a-Sharq al-Awsat.
