Palestinian armed groups in Gaza confirmed to Egyptian and other mediators that they agree to a ceasefire with Israel, Al-Jazeera reported late Friday.
The ceasefire follows a tense day of conflict that saw dozens of airstrikes on Gaza, one IDF solider killed by a Hamas sniper and at least four Palestinian killed by the IDF.
