Gen. Mizrahi: 'Fogel killers should receive death penalty'

The men convicted of murdering the Fogel family in Itamar in March should receive the death penalty, said OC Central Command Maj.-Gen. Avi Mizrahi in an interview with Army Radio on Tuesday.

"They [the murderers] do not deserve to be called human beings. The event in question was worthy of the death penalty," General Mizrahi told Army Radio.

"It was a brutal attack on an indescribable level. I was at home on the evening of the attack and saw the shocking images," he added.
