The Lebanese government will stand with Hizbullah in the event of a war with Israel, Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri said overnight Tuesday in an interview with the BBC.

Hariri said Israel was escalating its threats against Lebanon as well as Syria. "We see what's happening on the ground and in our airspace and what's happening all the time during the past two months,” he said. “Every day we have Israeli planes entering Lebanese airspace. This is something that is escalating, and this is something that is really dangerous."
