The High Court of Justice late Wednesday primarily ruled against the Migron outpost residents' petition to delay their eviction and the demolition of their homes, ordering their evacuation by September 4 and the demolitions of the buildings by September 11.

Some Migron residents had claimed to have legally purchased land in Block 10 of the Migron outpost. While rejecting the petition, the court also specified special conditions regarding that block, as requested by the state.
