IDF foils terror plot near Egypt, discovers a second bomb

The IDF announced that it foiled a terror plot last week involving an explosive device near the Israeli border with Egypt, and said on Monday that it discovered a second bomb meant to target Israelis, Army Radio reported.
Last week, an IDF border patrol spotted a terror suspect near Route 12 - the border road which the IDF reopened to the public this week after its extended closure following a terror attack last August - but he fled after being discovered.
The IDF believes a terror group in Gaza was organizing the thwarted attack, according to Army Radio.
