IDF to withdraw soldiers from frontline communities on Gaza border

The IDF announced its intention to withdraw security forces from Israeli communities border in the Gaza Strip this week.

In a statement released on Monday night, the military said the move comes after an evaluation security situation. The military will continue to secure communities in Gaza periphery, the IDF spokesman's unit said, adding that forces remains deployed in the area, "ready for any scenario."
