Israeli MKs leave NATO summit attended by Iran official

MKs Arye Eldad (National Union) and Nahman Shai (Kadima) left a NATO summit in Italy in protest of a scheduled appearance by the Iranian deputy foreign minister on Monday.

Eldad stated that Israeli representatives were not willing to listen to the delegate of a country that threatens to wipe Israel off the map.The National Union MK jokingly suggested that that the Iranian representative describe to the NATO summit the ways in which Iran hopes to annihilate Israel.
