The shooting Sunday morning of an Israeli car filled with worshippers headed to Joseph's Tomb was likely carried out by Palestinian police, Army Radio reported.

One Israeli was killed and several more were wounded when their car approached Joseph's Tomb near Nablus. The IDF demands that visitors wishing to make pilgrimages to Joseph's Tomb coordinate their travels in advance, but these visitors had made no prior arrangements.
