Japan scientists meet to discuss Tokyo radiation threat

TOKYO, Japan - Japanese scientists were meeting in Tokyo on Tuesday to discuss the threat of radiation from a damaged nuclear plant in the northeast reaching the capital, a scientist said.

"Minute levels" of radiation have been detected in the city, Kyodo news agency said, quoting the metropolitan government.
