Foreign Workers Committee chairman MK Ya'akov Katz (National Union) called for forcefully moving Israel's Beduin population 50 kilometers from the Egyptian border, at conference of the Lobby for the Victims of Foreign Workers on Tuesday.

Katz said that only by removing the Israeli Beduins from the border region, building a temporary prison camp, and "putting a bullet in the head of those leading the convoys [of those infiltrating the Southern border]," that the smuggling of Africans into Israel can be stopped. He added, "We'll kill three or four and there won't be any more convoys."
