Knesset approves emergency Lod investment program

The Knesset on Sunday approved an emergency program that will provide NIS 160 million investment in the city of Lod.

The money will come from various different government ministries including the ministries dealing with transportation, housing, interior security, welfare and minorities.

The majority of the money will be invested in industry and interior security.
