Border Police thwarted a knife attack late Saturday afternoon near the Cave of the Patriarchs in Hebron, Police Spokesman said.

During a general security check a concealed knife was discovered on a Palestinian man in his 20s. The suspect was promptly arrested and taken in for questioning.



No one was injured in the incident and no shots were fired.
