Labor party primaries will be held on time, it was announced Wednesday, after a judge in Petah Tikva's District Court persuaded candidate Erel Margalit to drop his appeal that the race be postponed on technical grounds.
The elections will thus take place nest Monday, September 12. If no candidate receives the required 40 percent of the vote, a run-off will be held on September 21.
