The Likud on Tuesday moved to have Balad MK Haneen Zoabi disqualified from running for the Knesset in upcoming elections on the grounds that she had taken part in enemy action against the state.

Likud MK Ophir Akunis submitted the request to the Central Election Committee on behalf of the Likud on Tuesday, after Likud MK Danny Danon submitted a similar request earlier this month.
