A two-year-old girl lost her hand after she stuck it into a meat grinder in her neighbor's kitchen in the Lower Galilee on Friday.

MDA paramedics took her by helicopter to the hospital.

Misgav police investigating the incident discovered the infant's hand buried in the neighbor's backyard, Israel Radio reported. Police took the severed hand and sent it to the hospital, but doctors said that there was no way to reverse the damage.
