Security forces on patrol in Silwad, near Ramallah, shot and killed a Palestinian man on Friday who was charging at IDF soldiers. The suspect was running toward a guard post and failed to heed several police orders to stop. Following standard security procedure, the suspect was fired upon. The circumstances surrounding the incident are currently being investigated.
