ABUJA - Chancellor Angela Merkel said on Thursday Germany wants a quick solution to the Greek crisis but it has to be feasible, and a completed plan is a pre-requirement for holding any special euro zone summit on Greece.

"The condition is that we are able to decide on a completed new program for Greece," she told reporters during a visit to Nigeria.
